Rio Grande City Public Library works with Workforce Solutions

Norma Fultz /

The Rio Grande City Public Library (TX) and Workforce Solutions have teamed up to assist Job Seekers. We are very excited to be the first library Workforce has provided with computers and trained library staff to better assist our patrons. It is now easier to find a job, apply for unemployment benefits, access career building tools, learn about childcare assistance and prepare & print resumes at the library!

Rio Grande City Public Library participated in Project Compass, a nationwide effort to support public libraries as they strive to meet the urgent and growing needs of the unemployed and job- seeking patrons. As a result of this commitment, RGCPL joined forces with Workforce Solutions.
