Members who are sponsored by their state library are eligible to enroll in more than 350 self-paced online courses offered through WebJunction. Subject matter covers core and advanced business, technology, and library skills. If you work in a library in one of our partner states, you may request course access.

Technology Course Content
Our technology courses covers a number of topics including:
- Google Apps
- Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Captivate, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Microsoft Office Suites (from 2000 to current)
- Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, and Mac)
- Various browsers, other applications, emerging technology trends, and more
In addition to library and technilogy course content, the course catalog includes content on other subjects including a number of topics in management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Alongside our traditional online courses, we also offer a selection of webinars that are archived in our course catalog and available to view. Accessing webinar archives through the course catalog is the only way for library staff to receive a certificate of completion for viewing webinars after they've occurred.
Webinar archives are also available publicly on our site, but we cannot provide certificates of completion for webinars after-the-fact unless they are viewed through the course catalog.
