Continuing education is important to library staff because libraries are continually changing. Libraries offer different services now than in the past. Technology has changed the way many traditional services are offered.  How does a busy librarian keep up?

Through the collaborative effort of Minnesota State Library Services, a division of the Minnesota Department of Education, & Minitex, WebJunction membership provides free access to online courses and webinars presented by nationally-known speakers, content providers and educational institutions. All Minnesota library staff can take advantage of these courses for their continuing education and professional development needs.

Learning online is self-paced so continuing education can fit into any schedule. It’s convenient because you can use any computer to access your online courses.
