Telling Your Library's Story

Participation in the health insurance marketplace is a cornerstone of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). So, too, is the ability for individuals to access the marketplace using technology. As trusted community information and technology providers, public libraries serve as critical connection points to government resources at many levels, and support community information needs in broad and emergent topic areas. When observed and communicated intentionally, the ability of libraries to effectively respond and quickly adapt to new information needs is one of their most powerful attributes.
