- Like Atlantic City Free Public Library, many libraries are incorporating ACA response priorities with existing service and privacy policies. The American Library Association provides an E-Government Toolkit, with guidance for libraries providing E-Government services.
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has recommendations on best practices for individuals to protect themselves from fraud in the Health Insurance Marketplace.
