Ideas for Workforce Recovery from Small but Mighty Libraries
Last Modified: 21 March 2012
This document grew out of a Project Compass workshop that brought staff together from rural and small libraries in 14 states, representing counties with chronic high unemployment. After reviewing the workforce recovery pathways, the participants engaged in lively "world cafe" conversations, filtering the pathway actions and resources through the lens of the often tiny and remote library community.
The ideas are organized to align with the structure of the pathways. Download the attached document in either .doc or .docx format.
