SO WE SAID WHAT CAN WE DO TO IMPROVE THAT? WHAT WE DID, WE SAW IT AS A CHALLENGE. WE WANTED TO BUILD A HIGH-IMPACT, COMMUNITY-FOCUSED FINANCIAL EDUCATION EFFORT. SO WHAT WE DID IS FIGURE OUT THE BEST WAY TO DESIGN THIS COMMUNITY-FOCUSED EFFORT TO MAKE SURE THAT PEOPLE GOT THE INFORMATION THAT WE WERE OFFERING, THAT THEY WOULD HAVE A HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF TRUST WOULD BE TO GO TO OUR LOCAL LIBRARIES AND ALL THE LIBRARIES AROUND THE UNITED STATES IN TPHAEURS COMMUNITIES, BECAUSE WE KNOW THEY TRUST YOU AND THEY VIEW YOU AS AN UNBIASED SOURCE AND THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR LIBRARIES -- YOU ALREADY PROVIDE IT TO COMMUNITIES. WE CAN STILL BUILD FINANCIAL FUNCTIONING AND HABITS AND NORMS TO ADULTHOOD BUT THESE ARE OPTIMUM TIME TO WORK WITH KIDS WITH THEM. AND FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
