I am frankly sick of the imperative for hope toward AI. The writing is on the wall. It's better to examine the very real issues underscoring AI and how it exposes even more glaringly the social stratification in our society.

At the end of the day, we humans created ai, so, it is still a form of a computer, there is a plug somewhere, and it can be unplugged if all else fails. The question is, will humans unplug it from the wall. It needs electricity to run.
