We've all been following the story of the potential closure of 11 branch libraries in Philadelphia. I saw this editorial in the Philadelphia Inquirer, written by the executive director of the Friends of the Free Library, and thought it was a great example of having the public awareness torch being carried by well-informed folks in the community. It was also nice to see some comments had already been posted to the editorial.
