Evaluation
RSS

Evaluation in a technology plan should really look at two separate needs. The first is how to evaluate the success of the goals and objectives that you have outlined in your plan. The second is how to evaluate the success of the technology plan itself and the process that went into creating it and working with it throughout a specific time period. With both needs, the library should be able to set up a process to review performance or accomplishments and make adjustments or corrections to the planning process as necessary.
