Online ILL Requests

Our director would like for patrons to have the ability to request ILL's from our website. Making the form would be rather simple; however, it is processing the form data that kind of stumps me. I know that a raw email of the data is a bit hard to read, so what I was wondering is how other libraries do it?
Do you format the data into a more readable form? If so, can you share the scripts you use?
Do you interface with another piece of software?

I couldn't figure out how to do it either so we paid someone to come in and write the script. You can go to our ILL page of our website and copy the source code if you like. The email we get is very readable with all the information as on the form. Bobbie
