Google Page Creator

Has anyone used or previewed Google Page Creator? I stumbled across it on the Google Apps section. I was wondering if anybody used it to create a web page for a small public library with little or no budget for web hosting?

I've played around with it a bit (mostly just to see what it could do - at the moment, I don't have much need to create my own website). It seems like a very easy tool to use but, yes, the functionality is pretty limited. I guess it is mostly a question of what you want your library's website to be? I could see using Page Creator at least as an interim way to get a basic web presence for your library - where you could post pictures, hours, contact info and update information about programs.
Anyone else want to comment on their experiences with it?
