Search Axis toolbar

Hello,
I'm not really sure where to post this. It's not really an emerging tech...
Were looking into the library toolbar that Offshoot Systems is offering to libraries called Search Axis (http://www.offshootsystems.com/html/products.html). They told us that your library system is using the toolbar. Can you tell me how you feel about it? Do you use it on your public PCs? Have you had any problems with it?
