I know that some TR content is only available to subscribers, so I am not sure if this will be generally accessible. However, I thought this may be of interest:

A very cool vlog. Saw this originally on an e-learning newsletter as a suggestion for something to think about in distributing short learning lessons.

Video blogging is hitting the library world, too! David King at the Kansas City Public Library is playing with the potential.... http://www.libraryjournal.com/blog/670000067/post/630001863.html?nid=2700

I just found this link via Librarian's Index to the Internet:

It's free vlog, "a step-by-step guide to setting up a videoblog for free"! I clicked the the "watch the video" link and it took its time to download, which reminds me that there's still that connectivity divide --not for dial-up.

The video is quirkily informative.

"A vlog is a videoblog and you want one because, let's face it, they're not going to put you on TV. Besides, not playing that game is what makes this so much fun. You can do whatever you want."
