2008 PACHUG Grant Reporting Guide for Large Libraries (NSWP)   
Several large library systems received Public Access Computer Hardware Upgrade Grant (PACHUG)funds. These libraries must report on the grant spending using TechAtlas. This document describes the grant reporting process.
