If you are running XP, I would really highly recommend using the MS Shared Computer Toolkit instead. It has no limit to the number of users, is easier to use, more stable, supported, and has better features. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sharedaccess/default.mspx

Top Do you know about TechSoup Stock - a discount program for librararies? Microsoft offers software through TS, and doesn't require non-profit status. I hope this helps!
