<span style='font-family: Times New Roman';></span><span style='font-size: 1.5em';></span><br /><br />We are the public library in a small town of 7500 with after school surges in mostly middle school kids who have no where else that they want to go in town until the end of their parent&#039;s working day.<br /><br />Our space, resources and staff are limited but we are researching innovative ways to both engage these sometimes &#034;out of control&#034; youngsters<br />and to offer them something from their library other than just a place to hang out and get into trouble.
