The Palatines to America Society, which specializes in German ancestral research, has selected Columbus Metropolitan Library to receive their unique genealogy collection. The collection includes materials from areas in Switzerland, Austria, France and Poland where significant German-speaking populations lived. The collection was moved in early December 2008 and will be made available to public sometime in early 2009. Check CML's genealogy webpage for updates to this and other information.
