The Arlington Public Library is very happy to present Cuentos y Más / Stories and More, a bilingual (English/Spanish) TV story time which promotes the joy of reading and libraries. The show also enables viewers to practice English and Spanish in a fun and interactive way through stories and visits to the community.
Cuentos y Más is produced by our local government television station, Arlington Virginia Network (AVN)—Comcast Cable Channel 25 and Verizon FIOS Channel 40, and brought to the community by the Arlington Public Library. It runs daily at 7am, 8:30am, 2pm, and 6pm. The show is also available online: www.arlingtonva.us/cuentos
Cuentos y Más has been awarded Outstanding Children’s Program by the Virginia Public Library Directors Association, and Third Place Programming Award from the National Association of Telecommunications Officers & Advisors (NATOA).
