Purging patron records in SPECTRUM

Several of our bookmobiles in Utah are using the SPECTRUM ILS. One my colleagues asked me if it is possible in Spectrum to (1) create a report of "active" patrons (those records with activity since X date)? and (2) easily purge patron records that have not had any activity since X date?
Any ideas are appreciated.
