Diversity Cookbook: Database for Library Diversity Programs

Originally presented October 16, 2007, by Susan Quinn, Sabrina LaSpata, Valerie Bell, and Gigi Hayes of Ocean County Library.

Watch the demonstration of the exciting new knowledge-sharing tool a team of OCL librarians developed to support implementation of diversity programs in libraries. The Diversity Exchange (formerly known as Diversity Cookbook) is now open for input from libraries across the country and world. Library staff can browse, search, and add "recipes" of diversity programs that theirs and other libraries are implementing.
