Hello all,
Many of you have tried to call the Hotel Monaco to check on your reservation and received a puzzling response from the hotel. We've finally figured out the problem - the group reservation was under OCLC Spanish Language Outreach, which many of you may not have known. I have changed the group name to WebJunction Spanish Language Outreach Train the Trainer, so if for any reason they can't find your reservation under your name (which they should be able to) then you can ask them to look under this group name. I will be sending out an email with everyone's confirmation number in the next few days.

Someone asked this question, and I thought I would share this with the group as it is probably useful information for everyone.
At the airport, some taxi companies do take credit cards. However, some don't. It's always best to ask. Also, I've had the experience where you have to go with the cab that is the first in line, so it's luck whether you get one that takes credit cards. It might be a good idea to carry some cash with you, just in case.
