The Minnesota Department of Education does not have standards. The Minnesota Educational Media Organization, the state's professional library media specialist's organization, has created Minnesota Standards for Effective School Library Media Programs available at http://www.memoweb.org/htmlfiles/linkseffectiveslmp.html
