Outreach Definition

I have been asked to pull together a group to come up with a definition for outreach to be a part of the NISO Library Stats Standards (ANSI/NISO Z39.7-2004). The existing standard for library stats can be found at: http://www.niso.org/emetrics for reference.
If you are interested in helping out, please let me know. Or, if you want to just put some thoughts, ideas, or suggestions here, that would be great, too.
