Essential.

Hi my name is Jake Speer and I work at the Library Development Office of the Indiana State Library in Indianapolis. I am really looking forward to the institute. I am fairly new to my position and prior to joining the Indiana State Library I worked at the Donors Forum of Chicago and the Council for Advancement of Support of Education in Washington, DC. In each position I was working in a special library that focused on grants management and fundraising and I also taught basic grant writing classes. Indiana has many small libraries that need assistance and direction and I hopeful that this workshop will help me help them plot a good course for the future.

Opportunity!

Totally copying you, Michelle. Delaware's libraries fit every definition of the word. Nice job!
