Research & Statistics
Research and statistics can play a strong role in telling the story of our libraries. Many libraries use statistics to make the case for additional funding or for deciding what new services to offer to patrons. Organizations like OCLC and ALA also do national research to look at trends in libraries and how library services impact communities.
