I interlibrary loaned this title after seeing it on a list of professional titles posted on our Connecticut Partner Page maintained by Tom Newman, Assistant Library Director at The Middletown Library Service Center. It's plain excellent and is giving me lots of good ideas. I'm excited to see our own Connecticut libraries so well represented in cutting edge examples of programs and strategies that are proving successful. I'm not going to share too much with you as I feel this is a book that you need to read and take what you will; your own ideas and creative thought flow. It's so good I've just ordered my very own copy.
