An excellent site for keeping track of Library Conferences is located at:

http://homepage.usask.ca/~mad204/CONF.HTM

Compiled by Marian Dworaczek, University of Saskatchewan Library and last updated July 27.2007, you can't go wrong with this list. Not only does it list future conferences but a confrences from the past year are listed too.

I sought PLA's Spring Symposium, linked to the site and then to the hanouts which could be useful to find RA programs.

I'm not positive how Ms. Dworaczek is finding the listings for her page. I do not see a place to submit a conference. I'll contact Marion and ask how to get listed. Still, this appears to be a very useful site.

Holy cow - this is so ... thorough! Not to mention it gives me a serious case of wanderlust: I want to go to Indonesia for the International Conference on Rural Information and Communication Technology 2007, please!

What a great resource to stay on top of what's coming up - thanks!

Glad you think this is useful. I contacted Marian Dworaczek and she will be happy to post any conferences anyone sends her to list. At this time you cannot post your own listings.
