This Firefox extension may not be ready for libraries yet, but it's one to keep an eye on. It tries to do for Firefox what the SCT and the PACTool do for IE. However, while it stops users from adding bookmarks, changing the options, and installing new extensions, it doesn't prevent the re-configuration of the toolbar.
