anyone training patrons online?

I'm interested in what libraries might be currently doing online for patron training.
Can you point me to tutorials, video and podcasts that you know of that are patron-facing and published on the library website? Is anyone offering formal training events using online conferencing tools? Anything that comes to mind would be interesting to me.
