County Coordination Plans
The County Coordination Plan establishes an annual priority and expenditure criteria for the use of County Coordination Aid and is distinct from the system plan and the district negotiated agreement.
The funds are intended for the growth and development of library service at the county level, and may encompass more than one activity. Therefore, the plan should include a county level coordinated approach to service and the anticipated county-level results.
