For E-Rate funding year 2013-2014, July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014:

• 471 Filing Window – Opens noon EST (10am MST), December 12, 2012 Closes 11:59pm EST (9:59pm MST) March 14, 2013
• Final day to file the 470 – February 14, 2013 (to allow for the 28 days the 470 must be posted prior to filing form 471)

Here, Montana libraries will find training on a wide variety of E-rate topics, including but not limited to:

·        Forms 470, 471, 486, 472 (BEAR), Service Substitutions, Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN)

·        CIPA  and Filtering

·        General E-rate Compliance

·        Updates on emerging E-rate issues, such as changes to program funding and priorities

All E-rate webinars are archived and upcoming training will be posted on this page.  Supporting documents, links to E-Rate online resources, and sample documents are also posted here for your convenience.
