MN Legal Resources

Self-Help Resources are resources designed to meet the needs of individuals addressing a legal matter, or one stage of a legal matter, without an attorney.  Many litigants neither qualify for free legal assistance nor can afford to hire an attorney for all stages of a legal proceeding.  Self-help resources help address this, and consist of legal forms, fact sheets, booklets, and other materials.  Some are multi-media or interactive, such as videos and form creation interviews.  They have been created by many segments of the legal community, and collected here for your use.
