Project Compass in Illinois
Libraries in Illinois know the importance of public libraries in assisting our communities rebuild, retool, and reenter the stagnant job market. At no time in our recent history has the call to help been louder or stronger.
Illinois is participating in Project Compass to assist libraries in meeting the needs of the unemployed.
We will be sharing material, conducting workshops and encouraging all to join our WebJunction Illinois Group - Project Compass: Illinois Workshops. Become a member by visiting the group. Any group member can contribute content. The group is where latest announcements on workshops and opportunities to network with colleagues facing similar challenges can be found.
