Adult Literacy Grant Program
The Adult Literacy Grant Program administered by the Illinois State Library provides literacy instruction to enhance the basic reading, writing, math or English language proficiency skills by funding local projects throughout the state of Illinois.
The Adult Literacy Grant Program offers grants in three different categories of service:
