LSTA in Connecticut
The Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds are provided through the Institute of Museum and Library Services, an independent Federal grant-making agency dedicated to creating and sustaining a nation of learners by helping libraries and museums serve their communities. The use of LSTA funds in Connecticut are administered according to the Five Year Plan (2013-2017) submitted to IMLS in June of 2012.
