It's Kim Van Deest, former trainer for the Foundation, and now Network Analyst/Information Literacy Coordinator for the Waterloo Public Library in Waterloo, Iowa.
I still field questions about the Gates computers and Chris J. told me you're "scary knowledgable" about them. I remember there being a 'backdoor' to the desktop Gates models - tri-access with a password, but is there such a profile on the content servers? What would you recommend if someone accidentally locked themselves out of their CS?
