Hi,
One of my libraries has installed an external CDRW and iTunes to one of the Gates machines (KS model). It froze up as a patron tried to download music from a CD to the iTunes file. When a library employee tried movie files from the CD to iTunes with the computer in the "unlocked" mode, the process was fast and smooth.
Has anyone made this work?
