jess mill Posts: 1 Join Date: 6/15/05 Recent Posts	My Network Neighborhood 4:19 PM EST 1/9/06 Top Hi, We are running three granted computers, and three computers with the PAC tool. These computers are all on the same network with some staff computers we are running, and a computers are Windows XP. They all get updated around the same time, the last time being around November. I went to reupdate them recently, and found that users to the All profile could access any files we had shared throughout the network. These files used to be inaccesable. It is now blocked off except for the drop down within windows explorer. Does anyone know of any options that can be altered to prevent this? Thanks

Top You could create a user account for 'all' on the staff computers that are sharing folders. Then, from the staff computer, you can set the permissions on the shared folders to deny access to the 'all' profile. This way, even if the public computers can manage to see the shared folders, they would not be able to access them.
