Anyone tried PC Bug Doctor?
12:42 PM EST 1/12/05
We had a request to post a link to http://www.pcbugdoctor.com/ on WebJunction. This is a tool that claims to fix Windows 98 runtime errors. Has anyone used this tool or have any experience with it? We typically don't post links to particular products like this, but if we hear good reports we may make an exception in this case.

Thanks,

Joe-

It sounds like at least a bit of a scam. They offer a free download that only scans and doesn't fix anything. You then have to pay from $40 for a 30 day license, up to $130 (!!!) for a lifetime license.

And it doesn't sound like it is even especially good at what it purports to do. There are plenty of other products that do the same.

I wouldn't advise buying this program. The website is very pushy and vague, and it doesn't look like it would do much of anything. Chek out these happ customers
