The attached spreadsheet example was used by WebJunction staff as they planned for the February 2010 online conference. The plan includes considerations related to:
- How to update your calendar messaging, email templates to reflect transition for users.
- Communication plan (to users, presenters, admins, stakeholders)
- Updating presenter orientation (emails, presenter best practice documentation, PPT slides for presenter practice session)
- Archiving workflows (downloading, creating user access as document on site with related resources)
