Several support-related questions have begun to trickle in since the migration.  Here are answers to the top three most frequently asked questions.  Please email jturner@georgialibraries.org if more issues arise.

  • WJ Courses Login issues – all active learners who were migrated to the upgraded learning system had their password reset. The temporary password is WebJunction (note the capital W and J). Many learners are trying to input their old password and receive an error message. A reminder that members who have not yet logged in with their new generic password (and thus haven’t yet created a new secure password) will not be able to use the Forgot Password functionality. This can only be used once a member sets their initial password in this upgraded system.

  • Missing courses – active and history – some members are inquiring about courses that were not completed in the old system. These courses were not migrated over and thus are not available in their learning plan or course history. Members will need to re-add and re-start courses that were not completed by February 29th

  • LE@D classes and certificate inquiries – members who enrolled in a LE@D course by February 28th will need to use the direct link/login information from the confirmation email to access this course. They can also access the login page from: http://www.leadonline.info/leadlogin_wj.html - but will need to know their login information to access their specific courses. Users having issues obtaining their certificate of completion from UNT should email lead@unt.edu
