Having trouble launching a LE@D (UNT) course?

Here are solutions to some of the most common problems that can arise. If these troubleshooting tips don't solve your problem, please see additional help.

Common Problems and Solutions

Login information:

Within three business days after you enroll, you will receive an additional email with special LE@D login information. If you do not receive the message, please email courses@webjunction.org.

Pop-up blockers:

The courses may not launch if you are using a browser 'Pop-up Blocker' application or if you have a toolbar installed; e.g., the Google toolbar.

If you are unsure whether you have a pop-up blocker installed or how to configure/disable that application, then hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard while selecting "Play this course" from the menu beside the course. For some Pop-up blockers this key combination may allow you to launch the course successfully. If this does not work, please consult the pop-up blocker software help for instructions.

The SkillSoft website has a list of more common Toolbars/Pop-Up Blockers.
