Believe it or not this project began when our evaluation analyst, Janet Salm, and I were trying to find current data on Latino library use to help us evaluate the <a href='http://webjunction.org/slo'>Spanish Language Outreach Program</a>. When we couldn't find any comprehensive, current data we decided to commission our own study.
