| The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has partnered with WebJunction to administer this one-time grant program. The goal is to assist libraries granted computers between 1997 and 2000 in upgrading their systems with hardware which will be easier to support and upgrade in the future. WebJunction has customized TechAtlas, a suite of online technology planning tools owned by WebJunction, to help implement this program. Libraries participating in the program are required to use TechAtlas to complete a second inventory of public access computers following expenditure of the PACHUG funds disbursed by each state library. States Receive Grant Funds Second PAC Inventory Requirement The state libraries will provide technical support and TechAtlas account information to individual libraries participating in the PACHUG program.
