Description:

Why do some library people, all things being equal, become more successful than others?

Some run into more than their share of dumb luck. Some are very good at their jobs. Some focus on acquiring credentials. Some marry for money and power. Some outlive their enemies.

And, in addition, a significant number choose to become influential.

Influence can be taught and practiced. This course is for 21st century library people who make that choice.
