In FY2007, LTLS held two diversity forums which featured the wonderful Susan O'Halloran. Susan's enlightning and non-threatening approach for inclusion in all types of organizations was truly inspiring. With that in mind, LTLS set out to capture the essence of Susan's "Walking the Talk" program.

In the following web pages, you will discover the video version of Susan's "Walking the Talk" program. There are three sessions. Each session has 4 segments. After each video segment, LTLS has given you downloadable handouts to use in your organization. Some of the handouts are for small group work and some are to help you raise awareness of yourself and your biases.

The sessions focus on:

  1. Session One: What is Inclusion?
  2. Session Two: Focus on Patrons
  3. Session Three: Focus on Administration

View the attached html files for each session to get started and you are on your way to becoming even more inclusive!
