Along with all the technology and feature changes we've made on our new website, we've also made some changes to the content. If you're wondering what happened to our learning content, please see the following Q & A. Feel free to post any questions or feedback to this discussion thread.

What happened to the E-Learning Clearinghouse?
We have chosen not to transfer the Clearinghouse to our new website. However, we will be considering where this kind of content will reside on the site in the future.

Where are the RSP courses?
WebJunction offered facilitated courses from Regional Services Providers (RSPs) including AMIGOS, Palinet, and OCLC/Western as part of a pilot. The results from members who took courses with this pilot showed the content was highly valuable, but that the pricing was problematic. WebJunction is currently working to find ways to make this content available in our course catalog in the future.

Where is the E-Learning Institute?
The content formerly available in the E-Learning Institute section of the old site can now be found in the Training & Development on the Library Management tab.

We also have a Learning Pathfinder in the Member Center which provides more detailed information.

Where is my course history from the old website?
WebJunction was not able to migrate this information due to the prohibitive costs and time it would have taken. Our new site has a much improved MyCourses Portlet that includes a list of courses you are currently enrolled in, a list of courses that have been recommended to you, and a list of courses that you have completed.
Where is information about Live Space?
4:13 PM EDT 8/1/08 as a reply to Emily Warren.
We have decided to lose the name Live Space and revert to the actual product name, Wimba Classroom. See the Wimba FAQ to help you use the tool and the Wimba Classroom page to find out more about the tool and information on purchasing a subscription.
