I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems printing your certificates. I'm thinking it could be one of two things:
1) You may not have the right software to open the certificate. The certificates are PDF (portable document format) files and open with a PDF reader like Adobe Reader. You can download a copy of the reader for free here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/2) You may have a pop-up blocker that is stopping the new window from opening. Here are instructions for turning off the most common pop-up blockers (you may have one or more):
Internet Explorer 7
1. Click on Tools button on the toolbar
2. Point to Pop-up Blocker and click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
Firefox
1. Click on the Tools menu and choose Options
2. Click on the Content icon
3. Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box.
Google Toolbar:
1. Click on the Settings button and select Options
2. Click on the More tab
3. Uncheck Enable Popup Blocker
Yahoo Toolbar:
1. Click on the Pop-Up Blocker menu
2. Uncheck Enable Pop-Up Blocker
Safari Blocker:
1. Open the Safari Menu and choose Preferences
2. Open the Security Menu
3. Uncheck 'Block pop up windows'
