Ben's Guide to U.S. Government for Kids

http://bensguide.gpo.gov/

Ben's Guide is a creative learning tool to educate children, parents, and teachers on how our government works. Content is broken down by age group (Grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12, and Parents & Teachers) and offers age-appropriate activities, games, and information, with Ben Franklin as guide.

It's great for helping children understand civics and have fun learning about our country's symbols, states, and history.

Exercise: How does the section on "How our Laws are Made" differ from the Grade 3-5 version to the Grade 6-8 version?

Exercise: Look through the games and links to kids' sites. Which one or two would you use or recommend to a library user?
